Raina is a 3 year old Min Pin surrendered to a local shelter by her owner as they had too many dogs. For obvious reasons Raina was very afraid in the shelter and therefore they reached out to rescue for help. 

Raina is the sweetest dog and absolutely loves people.  She is crate trained and would like an open crate with lots of blankets available to her even when you are home as she does seek comfort there at times.   She has done really well on housebreaking in her foster home but please expect accidents with the transition as she has had a lot of recent changes in her life.  Raina loves to be with her people.  She is such a good snuggler and her favorite thing to do is burrow deep in covers.  She sleeps right by your side in bed at night or quietly in a crate whatever you should choose.  Raina is fine with otherr dogs and not  mean to anyone!    She did show some food and possession guarding at the shelter and although we have not seen that in the foster home we think it’s safe to place Raina with older children.  She is learning how to walk on a leash and despite being very skittish she is trying very hard.  A fence is not mandatory but preferred for her safety. Raina is a very loyal girl and wants a family to love and spoil her.  She came from a home with multiple other dogs and you can tell she didn’t get the attention she  wanted or deserved.  If you think you can provide the right home with tons of love and attention for Raina please apply! 

Raina is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.
