Introducing PD!  He is a 1 year old, 10 pound little mix of cute Chihuahua and JRT.  PD is another Texas survivor.  He was found running the streets in Texas , desperately needing help.  Our friends there in Texas immediately knew he would be great as a Pixie and we just couldn't say no to him. 

PD is now all healthy and looking for his forever home!  This dog has so much love and affection to give - how does he fit it into such a little package!  PD is very nervous around new people and will run from strangers initially.  Trust is hard to come by on the streets.  His foster mom is working with him and we see nothing but improvement in his future.   Once he warms up to you, watch out, PD is not about to leave you alone and his tail will never stop wagging.  He is a happy energetic little guy.  He is always ready to play play play.  He would do best in a home with a fenced in yard and another dog to help him adjust to a new home, although this is not required.  He tends to follow lead of his trusted canine friends, especially since his previous humans let him down.  He is good with kids and other dogs.  He has not been around cats during his foster care.  PD is working very hard on his house training, and is just about there.  He definitely has a signal to let you know he has to go out.  As long as you notice it, PD will do what you expect of him.  He does very well on a leash and in the car.  PD is a smart guy who want nothing more than to make you happy.  If you think PD would be the perfect fit for your family, please make sure to apply.
