Welcome Pork Chop to rescue!  This little guy was an owner surrender due to the family being overwhelmed with to many kids and other animals.  Pork Chop is a one year old CHUG (chihuahua/pug mix).

Pork Chop is a very loving, extremely affectionate boy! Pork Chop is super sweet, lots of fun and loves people  - he tends to find one he loves the most!  He absolutely loves kids!    It is said on his surrender papers he was not fully housebroken but he has not had any accidents so far in his foster home.   He is crate trained although he doesn’t like to go in it and we suspect it has been used for the wrong reasons in the past.  His foster mom is working on that with him.  Also, it was said that Pork Chop likes to escape from the front door and holes in the fence so a secure home/yard will be required.  Pork Chop loves to play with other dogs.  His family said he liked the cats in his home but played very rough with them so a home with cats may  be the best choice.  So far we have seen a wonderful little boy that has been though a lot and has a lot of changes and chaos in his short little life.  He would love nothing more than a stable home, a comfy lap and someone to love him.  There is no shortage of kisses when Pork Chop is around and we think he will flourish in a new home with a regular routine.  If you think his adorable boy is for you please apply.
