Poncho is a handsome little chihuahua, about 2 years old and 7 pounds.  He was found running the streets and taken to the shelter  - his owner was located but decided that he did not want Poncho back!  Poor Poncho was stuck in jail with no one to bail him out!  That nice DCO gave us a call and asked if we could help - hmmmm, how did he know we love our chihuahuas? lol

Poncho is a nice little dog!  he walks nice on a leash and loves to be in the yard.  He is doing well on housetraining but it will only improve now that he is neutered!  He is content snoozing on his bed in the kitchen and loves to be held on his foster lap while she is on her computer!  He is good with other dogs and has no issues with cats.  Kids would be fine but they should be respectful to his small size too.  Poncho is a sweet little dog that loves to be loved! 

Poncho is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $300 - please apply online if you are interested in making Poncho your new best friend!

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
