This lovely little lady is Trinket - isn't she pretty? She is a 9 year old yorkie/toy fox terrier mix that spent her entire life in a puppy mill, having litter after litter. When she was no longer able to make money for her breeder, she was tossed away.

Trinket is a very sweet dog. She is pretty laid back and just enjoys the comfort of being in a home now. She loves people and will follow her foster mom everywhere she goes. She is good with other dogs, probably not a rambunctious puppy home though! She has not been tested with cats. Kids are fine. Trinket is walking on a leash now and is crate trained. She is working hard on her housetraining but will need continued work in her new home. We are requiring a fenced yard for Trinket because she does much better in the yard than on a leash.

Trinket is spayed, up to date on her vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested Neg for heartworm. Trinket came to us with mammary masses and required surgery. This is due to many years she was left unspayed - but thankfully the masses are benign and she has been cleared for adoption!
