Meet this southern gentlemen Max. He is an 8 month old lab mix from Texas. He is about 40 lbs but thinks he is a lap dog.  Max is a happy friendly boy!

Max is currently in a household with another dog and cat. He loves to play with other dogs and all his puppy proof toys! He is fascinated with the cat and tries to play with him as well. However he does listen when told to ignore him. He is housetrained and leash trained, knows some basic commands. We are still working on crate training with him as he prefers to snuggle up on the couch at night. Max does great on car rides just hesitates to get in. He would benefit from a fenced yard but daily walks seem to work just as well. Max has a sweet and playful personality. He truly has the southern charm.

Max is neutered, up to date on all vaccines flea/worm treated, tested neg for heartworm and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $350.  So if your looking for a great family dog or even an adventure buddy Max is your guy!
