Sweet and soulful Cody -  this little guy is about 2 years old and about 15 pounds.  His owner lost her home and was forced to give Cody up - his little broken heart is still on the mend and he needs someone to love him again!

Cody is a well behaved boy.  He is quiet and gentle.  Cody is leash trained and crate trained.  He is housetrained too but please expect some adjustment time as he learns a new routine.  Cody wants someone to love him as much as he will love them - he bonds fast with a person.  He does fine with everyone but tends to prefer women.  Other dogs are fine if they do not get in his face - he doesn't want to play with them.  If they are as quiet and laid back as he is, that's fine. He has no issues with cats.  Older, calmer kids would be fine.  Cody likes to be near his foster mom and he is also a great little lap dog.  Cody's ideal home would be a quieter one where he would get lots of love and attention.  He likes when you talk to him and I think he would love to be doted on!  Cody has a poet's soul as his foster mom says,
