Rosie Posey is a beautiful long hair Chihuahua, about 6 years old and 8 pounds.  She was surrendered to a local shelter with her mama due to a change in the home environment.  They were very scared there as it can be overwhelming for little dogs - we gladly took them in and now they are ready to find new homes! 

Rosie Posey is a curious, sweet, cuddly, little girl. She's more than happy to be with her people, especially if they have a blanket with them. This is on top of Rosie's needs in an owner! She loves to tunnel under the blankets, whether your on the couch or when it's bedtime. She would be more than happy to sleep in bed with her people under the blankets if allowed. She will stay under there,  until morning. She has to be kept on a routine with her potty training, and is doing well with it, because of this. When your not at home, it's recommended that she be left in a gated area in your house. Whoever gets to share a life with Rosie, will enjoy her playful puppy love everyday, with tiny kisses. She's fine with dogs, big or small, not sure about cats.  Rosie has not been tested with kids so at this point we are suggesting around the 10 years + age.  Most Chihuahuas do not like very young kids and all the activity that goes along with them! 

Rosie is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and heart worm neg.  Her adoption fee is $275 - you can fill out an application our website if you are interested in making Rosie part of your family!
