Contact Lizzie's Caretaker/Foster Directly: Foster Meet Lizzie! Lizzie is a 6-year-old puppy mill survivor. Lizzie is now experiencing life as it should be in her foster home – and is now ready for her very own family to love! This 63 pound gentle giant is the sweetest girl and just wants love and affection. She is quite friendly and loving! All she wants is to be pet and get her belly rubbed! Lizzie is quite energetic and loves to run and play! She is very smart and seems very willing to learn and please her people. She loves to be outside and that is a help with training – she is doing very well but please expect accidents as she adjusts to her new life. She can be a bit possessive of her toys and food. Lizzie can be a bossy girl with other dogs if they are interested in her ‘stuff’. Typical Bulldog! She has not been tested with cats. Older, sturdier kids are best as these bullies can be rambunctious! She met some kids under the age of 10 and did fine with them. She is good on a leash and in a crate. No issues in a car too! A loving, experienced English bulldog home is required. A home with a fenced yard would be ideal as being outside and running is one of Lizzie's favorite hobbies. Lizzie is now spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg. She has had a dental with 3 extractions AND she had entropian repair in both eyes!! (a genetic condition in which a portion of the eyelid is inverted or folded inward. This can cause an eyelash or hair to irritate and scratch the surface of the eye, leading to corneal ulceration or perforation) Wow that’s a lot of stuff! Lizzie’s adoption fee is $500 to help with her vet expenses. Please fill out an application if you are interested in this sweet doll!
