There is only one way to describe this boy - Happy Happy Happy!!  The tail never stops wagging!  Happy came from Houston TX where the shelters are SO full from all the terrible flooding!  Happy is an adorable male dachshund, 2 years old and just about 12 pounds.  

Like I said, Happy's tail is always wagging!  He is just glad to meet you!  Happy is leash trained and crate trained. He loves to go for walks in the park and around the neighborhood!  Happy appears to be house trained but please give some adjustment time to learn a new routine.  He is good with other dogs but has not been tested with cats.  Happy is good with kids too!  He likes to play with toys!  He is good in the car too!  Happy loves to be outside  - a fenced yard would be nice but not required as long as he gets lots of outside time!  

Happy is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated,  His adoption fee is $300 - please apply on our website if you are interested in making Happy yours!

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
