This beautiful little lady is Sophie!  She is a Maltese, 2 years old and weighs around 12 pounds.  Sophie was rescued from a life of breeding in a puppymill.  She is happy to be a pet now!

Sophie is very sweet and gentle.  She bonds to her owner and loves to be with them.  She is a true lap dog and loves to be pet and loved!  She is crate trained but does very well being gated in a room too.  She is doing well on her housetraining - she now uses pee pads when gated and she also goes outside!  Please expect accidents as she will need time to adjust and she is still learning!  She has come very far in the couple of months with us!  Sophie would do best with a fenced yard but can also go out on a leash.  Another dog would be ideal to help teach her what pets are supposed to be like!  Kids are fine as long as they respect her too.  No issues with cats. 

Sophie is now spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  Her adoption fee is $275 - please apply online if you are interested in making Sophie part of your family!
