This beautiful little girl is Desi!  She is a mini dachshund, a blue brindle and not even 9 pounds!  Desi is 3 years old - she was an owner surrender to a local shelter.  They needed room and we needed Desi!

Desi is such a nice girl - she loves to snuggle up behind you and is a great under the covers snuggler too!  She is leash trained but loves loves loves to be outside so a fenced yard would be ideal.  She is also nicely crate trained.  Desi appears to be housetrained but please expect some adjustment time.  Desi loves toys - especially balls!  She is good with other dogs and did not show much interest in the cats.  Desi is good with people, she will be fine with kids as long as they are respectful to her.  Desi is good in the car too!  She is a nice girl that will be a great companion!

Desi is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated, microchipped and has been given a dental.  Her adoption fee is $275 - please apply online if you are interested in adopting!

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
