This beautiful boy is Quincy!  He is a Cocker Spaniel, 4 years old and weighs about 24 pounds.  Quincy and his brother Bishop were found as strays and never claimed.  We took the boys in and Quincy is now looking for his new home! (Bishop has some skin issues that need to be cleared up first!)

Quincy is a happy go lucky fellow.  His favorite thing to do is play ball and will play soccer all by himself if no one wants to play with him!  He loves to be outside!  Quincy appears to be housetrained but please expect accidents as he adjusts to his new home and routine.  Quincy is leash trained but pulls - he is strong too!  He is also crate trained!  Quincy is good with other dogs and will play with them nicely.  He is fine with kids!  Cats - he does bark and sometimes chases but it is nothing too serious.  They can be in the same room together and there are no issues.   Quincy is smart and eager to learn.  He is learning some new commands too and would love a family to help him learn more.  Quincy is sweet and gentle and loves to lay near his foster mom's feet.  He is kissy too!  Quincy was diagnosed with a heart murmur but please do not let this dissuade you adopting him!  He is happy and healthy!  Many dogs live long lives with murmurs without the need for medication.  A heart murmur is an abnormal sound that the vet hears when listening to the dog's heartbeat.  It is the way the blood flows to the heart.  If you would like to know about this condition, we will be glad to talk to you or have you talk to our vets!

Quincy is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  He has also been groomed!!  His adoption fee is $275 to help pay for his vet expenses and help with his brother's too.  Please apply online if you are interested!
