This handsome boy is Punkin!  A Shih Tzu, he is about 4 years old and weighs 14 pounds!  Punkin was found as a stray and taken to a local vet hospital as he was so severely matted.  The matts were stuck to his left eye so severely that when the vet removed them, his eye was damaged beyond repair and needed to be removed.  And that's where Pixie Mamas came in!

Punkin is a sweet boy, playful and friendly.  He is happy and affectionate and likes everyone.  He is good with other dogs and likes to play & wrestle with them too.  He is nicely crate trained but still needs work on his leash skills.  He is doing well on his housetraining but will need a good routine to continue his progress!  Please expect accidents as he adjusts.  We think a fenced yard would be best for Punkin.  Kids are fine as long as they are respectful to him!  He is very good in the car and likes to go on errands with his foster mom.  Punkin is a cuddle bug too - he loves to be pet and loved on.  Punkin will need to be groomed & brushed regularly so please keep that in mind.  He is a sweet little boy that had a crappy life until he came to us and now we are looking to make sure the rest of it is filled with love and affection for him!

Punkin is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated and has had his left eye enucleated.    He has also been groomed!  His adoption fee is $275 to help with the cost of his vetting.  Please apply online if you are interested in adopting this cutie!
