Sweet, gentle Leon!  This little gentleman is a 3 year old Pekingese male, 14 pounds.  He was an owner surrender with his brother Kobe and they are both looking for homes (not together though!)

Leon is a nice little dog!  He is very calm and laid back.  Leon loves to be in his crate and that is where you will find him most of the time.  It's his comfy spot!  He is a bit lazy so if you have stairs you need to either carry him or leash him - he can do them, he just chooses not to!  Leon  is leash trained and crate trained and appears to be housetrained too!  Please expect some accidents as he adjusts though.    Leon is fine with other dogs and does not appear to have any issues with cats.  He likes everybody and would be fine with kids in the house as long as they are respectful.  He loves car rides! Leon would be fine in an apartment or home as long as he is taken out enough and given some exercise.  He would be good with a family or an older person/couple.  Leon is affectionate and gentle, just a nice little dog.  He was very matted when he came to us so we had him groomed and shaved down.  Now he has a great buzz cut to keep him cool in the heat!  But he will need grooming throughout his life so please take that into consideration!

Leon is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea/worm treated.  His adoption fee is $275 so please apply online!
