This sweet little girl is Lucy, a 1 year old dachshund mix that found her way to Pixie Mamas!  She is quite sweet and gentle, a beautiful black with tones of brown and only 11 pounds.  Lucy is just a doll!

Lucy is already leash and crate trained - she is very good about it too!  Lucy seems to be housetrained but please expect accidents as she adjusts.  Her foster mom has been working with her and she is doing great!  Lucy is so sweet - she loves everyone.  She is great with kids and loves to play and cuddle.  She is fine with other dogs and likes to play with them - especially outside in the yard!  She has no issues with cats so far.  Lucy is a loving, sweet little dog that would be a great family addition!  She would love a yard but could also be an apartment dog.  She would be just as happy on walks, meeting new friends!

Lucy is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm neg, flea/worm treated and all ready for a home!  Her adoption fee is $250 - please apply online if you are interested in lovely Lucy!!

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
