Puppers & Jellie are a bonded pair of rat terriers (Puppers is a RT/Chi mix we think).  Their owner surrendered them to a local shelter when things in her home went bad.  The shelter staff wanted the dogs to find a home together so they contacted us to help.  Puppers is 5 years olds and weighs about 9pounds.

Puppers is a fun boy with a playful personality!  He loves toys and will even play all by himself!  He likes to be with people and likes to sit on his foster mom's lap or chair!  Puppers loves to go outisde and is and seems to be housetrained (but please expect accidents while he adjusts).  Puppers is crate trained and leash trained.  He would do better with a fenced yard though because he really likes to be outside.  Puppers is fine with other dogs but will protect Jellie if he thinks she is in trouble!  He is also fine with cats.  Kids are fine too as long they are respectful to his small size!  Jellie loves Puppers very much (although they sometimes argue like all long term couples!!).  They want to be together and are very attached.  We are only going to adopt them out together - their adoption fee will be $200 for BOTH dogs.

Jellie and Puppers are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, flea and worm treated.  Jellie also had a dental.  Please consider this cute little couple  - they deserve a wonderful home together!!
