Tommy came into rescue with his brother Tim.  They are quite a cute pair!  These little silky terriers are about 1 year old and were surrendered to a shelter by their owner.  She was no longer able to keep both the dogs and since they have always been together, gave both of them up in hopes that they would find a home together.  We are looking for just that for these boys!

Timmy & Tommy are very similar in personality but Timmy is just a touch more shy.  It did not take them long to warm up in their foster home.  They are very affectionate and love to be on your lap or by your side!  They get along with other small dogs and have no problem with the cats.  Both dogs have been around older children and do not have any issues.  They are very good on leashes and good with their house training skills (please expect accidents with any new dog in any new situation!).  The boys do not like to be crated and we are working on that.  Gates are not a favorite either. 

These boys are neutered, up to date with vaccines, heart worm neg, wormed and micro chipped.  We are looking to place them together so we will not separate them.  If you are interested in these little cuties - please fill out an application!
