Tillie is our Little Miss Sunshine!  This happy little girl is about 8 years old and weighs 15 pounds.  Tillie is a breeder surrender and in fact, had her last litter right before she came to us!  We are so happy those days are over for her.  Now on to being the lap dog she was meant to be!

Tillie's tail is always wagging.  She really is a happy little girl.  She does very well with other dogs and another little dog would be nice for her but not required if you plan on giving her lots of attention.  She is not much of a player anymore so a calmer dog would be better.  She does pick up toys though and occasionally will play with them.  She loves things to chew on too which is funny since she only has a few teeth left which explains her tongue hanging out!  Tillie loves attention and loves to be loved.  She is still a bit skittish about being picked up but enjoys the love she gets once she is held.  Then she wants more!  Tillie has mastered going up and down 5 stairs to go outside and will go out whenever you tell her it's time.  She is doing well on her housetraining but still uses potty pads.  Tillie also has a fully fenced yard in her foster home and that helps.  She has had limited time on a leash but we think it is a skill she can learn with some time and patience.  She has no issues with the cats in her foster home.  Kids would be fine as long as they are respectful to her in return.  Tillie not much of a barker but tends to bark more when she gets excited.  She loves treats and her happiest time of the day is mealtime!

Tillie has been groomed a few times since coming to rescue and has done well.  She will require regular grooming throughout her life so please keep that in mind if you would like Tillie to join your home.

Tillie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also been given a dental and professionally groomed!  She is currently on over the counter eye drops too.  Her adoption fee is $350
