Please meet Charlie!  Charlie is a cool little terrier mix, about 2 years old and 14 pounds.  He came to us from our local city shelter.  He was a stray that nobody claimed and was not a happy dog in the shelter.  So PMR got him out and he's now ready for his new life of love and happiness to begin!

Charlie is a Little Love Bug! He loves to go for walks, so that's a must in his new home! He loves to snuggle at home, and is always in his foster mom or dad's lap when possible. He has gotten along with all dogs and cats that he's met, and loves to try to meet new friends on our walks too! He absolutely adores the kids in his foster home.  Charlie jumps about four feet off the ground when you come home from work in excitement, and he is such a smart cookie, I think he could learn some pretty cool tricks with some training!

Charlie is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  His adoption fee is $400

  • If you would like to adopt one of our "Pixies" you must fill out an application- it is the first step in the adoption process and we cannot move forward without a completed application.

  •  We will call your vet's office for a reference - you must call them and give permission to release information to Pixie Mamas Rescue.

  • All animals breeds & ages are 'to our best our knowledge'

  • We DO NOT adopt out of state (including Canada) OR over 1 1/2 hours away from Buffalo, NY. NO exceptions. Please do not apply. (Any travel IN our adoption area is at the discretion of the foster home.)
