Sweet Tea certainly lives up to her name!  This little sweetie is all sugar and honey with a hint of spice.  At only 5 months, Sweet Tea has traveled through many states in order to find her perfect home.  She and her brother traveled all the way from Texas for a chance at a new life.  We don't know much about her past, but we certainly look forward to seeing what her future has in store.

Sweet Tea is a tiny little chihuahua doxie mix at only 4 pounds.  There is no shortage of kisses and cuddles when this girl is around.  She loves to sit on her foster mom's shoulder.  She will curl up in a ball and snooze away.  Sweet Tea does like to play too.  Give her a ball and she will chase it.  Sweet Tea is shy when she first meets new people but once she warms up, she is a complete velcro dog.  She will follow her foster mama all around the house.  No matter where mama is, Sweet Tea is right behind her.  Sweet Tea is crate trained and working hard on her house training.  She seems to be catching on.  She knows what to do when taken outside.  So as long as Sweet Tea is taken outside regularly during the day, accidents are prevented. 

Sweet Tea has lived with dogs of all sizes.  That is where her hint of spice comes in.  She may be small, but she will put a larger dog in their place.  Sweet Tea prefers the company of small dogs.  She will not be placed in a home with a dog larger than 25 pounds.  Due to her petite size, a home with older children is preferred.  

Sweet Tea has been flea treated, microchipped, dewormed, and given all age-appropriate vaccines. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to get her spayed prior to adoption. Therefore we are requiring a spay/neuter contract to be signed at the time of adoption (the cost of her spay is included in the adoption fee and fully explained in the contract). Her adoption fee is $400
