Tallulah is a 10 lb., 1-year-old Chihuahua mix. She was found scared and very skinny as a stray on the streets of Texas. She is a shy girl at first but it doesn’t take long for her to become your best friend. She is great at snuggles and always loves to be near her human. Tallulah prefers using puppy pads but is learning to potty outside. She is not used to the cold Buffalo winters yet so she will need consistent training to go outside. She will occasionally have an accident as she needs time to get used to her new environment. Tallulah loves to chew things so it’s best to provide her with plenty of chew toys. She is comfortable in a crate but does not regularly use one. Also, she has been introduced to a leash and is still getting used to one. A fully fenced yard would be best for her. Tallulah would do well as the only dog, or she would also do well with other, non-dominant dogs. She likes cats and older, respectful kids. Tallulah is a mellow, sweet little girl and thrives on love and treats. It has been very rewarding to see her experience love and security resulting in her trusting humans. She is eager to learn and will definitely be the perfect companion for the right person or family.
