Zelda is a typical adorable puppy – full of energy, kisses, and a little bit of mischief. She’s 12 weeks old and around 9lbs. We’re unsure of Zelda’s exact story, but we do know she was being kept in a dorm room in South Texas and when the school found out she had to find new digs. Pixie Mamas to the rescue!

Zelda is a very playful little girl who always likes to be on the move! She gets along very well with other dogs, though she does still need to learn some boundaries. Her fur foster brothers can’t always handle her energy, so she’s learned to amuse herself with toys. The more chew toys she has, the better! She can be possessive of toys and food; her foster mom is working with her to try to break that while she’s still a puppy. She currently stays in the kitchen during the day while her foster mom is at work and at night to sleep. Zelda does great using puppy pads during that time. She sleeps through the night, only crying for the first 5 mins or so. Being as that she’s only 12 weeks old, she isn’t housetrained yet but she tries her best! She does great with children of any age. Cats aren’t present in her foster home so they’re unknown.

Zelda is scheduled to be spayed on 12/3 and will be available shortly thereafter. We are accepting applications now. At the time of adoption, she will be spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and flea/worm treated. Her adoption fee is $400.
