Sweet Senior alert!  Rosemary is a senior Bichonpoo that was found as a stray in Buffalo - not in very good shape.  She was never claimed.  She was very very matted and had to be shaved down.  Seniors never do well in shelter situations and the staff knew she needed rescue.  We love our seniors and quickly scooped her up! 

Rosemary was someone's dog once.  Her eyes are soulful and she looks at you with such love and gratitude.  We can't imagine how heartbroken she was being abandoned after many years of dedication to her owner.  Rosie is practically perfect. She is housetrained, crate trained and leash trained.  She really perks up when it's time for a walk and loves to go.  She is very good in the car.  Rosie is quiet and does not make a big fuss over anything.  She really enjoys her comfy bed and sleeps the day away - what a life she has.  She sleeps at the end of her foster's bed at night.  Rosie is fine with other dogs but could easily be an only dog too.  Rosie's ideal home would be a quieter one - maybe with a senior person that would just like some company and someone to talk to and care for.  She deserves a forever home in her golden years just like everyone else.  

Rosemary is spayed, up to date with vaccines, heartworm neg. and dewormed.  She was taken to our full service vet for a once over and got a senior blood panel done with no issues.  Her adoption fee is only $100 to help her find a good home.  If you think you have the home and heart to love a senior girl, please consider Miss Rosemary.
