Introducing the Marvelous Miss Marlo!  This lovely girl came to us from Texas, very pregnant.  Marlo's life in Texas was not easy - she has a BB in her side as her proof.  Well welcome to NY  sweet girl - you will never be shot at again! Now the little family is ready to find new homes and Marlo is all done having puppies.  We believe she is a Cairn Terrier mix - her coat is long and soft though so there may be some Shih Tzu or Lhasa in there too! She is about 2-3 years old and weighs 23 pounds.

Marlo loves people and people love her!  Do you need a pick me up after a long hard day?  Marlo will make you feel like the most important person in the world - because you are to her!  She loves her belly rubs and if she had it her way, she would be belly up all day at the mall for people to pet her.  She is good with everyone - dogs and cats included.  She loves to be outside - we suspect that is where she spent most of her life in Texas.  She does walk on a leash and has been pottying on one too but she prefers the freedom of a fenced yard.   She is well behaved in the house and is crate trained.  She is doing well on her housetraining but uses pee pads too because of the pups.  She is always near her foster mom and just wants some love and affection.  

Marlo is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm.  She has also been recently groomed and will need regular grooming throughout her life so please keep that in mind.  Her adoption fee is $350
