Angel is a very shy Maltese mix.  She was used for breeding and given up at the age of 7 when she was of no further use to them. 

Angel is a very sweet girl who despite living in a cage her entire life still looks forward to seeing people.  She gets super excited when she sees you and her whole body wags along with her tail.  She is scared of being picked up but is starting to relax with petting!  Every time you look at Angel it looks like she’s smiling.  She is just adorable.  Angel is crate trained but is working on housebreaking.  She can do stairs without any problems and doesn’t mind going outside.  Her fur was very thin and missing in some spots probably due to overbreeding and poor nutrition but it is starting to grow back in and she is looking so pretty! She gets along with all the dogs in her foster home and would probably benefit from having another confident dog in her home to teach her the ropes.  Angel is quiet and in fact we have never heard her make a peep.  She is not very active and she does like her crate as that’s what she is used to.  Young active kids would scare her so we ask for an older child home.  If you think this beautiful girl would be a match for you please apply.
