Meet Red! Red came to us from Texas where he was surrendered to a local shelter. He is a 5 year old dachshund mix, whose favorite activities include chasing squirrels, playing fetch, and snuggling on your lap. Red is a very outgoing and affectionate boy, and gets along well with both dogs and people. He is crate trained, and making great strides in his foster home with house training. He would love to have another dog to play with, but would also do well as an only dog given regular walks and playtime w/his human family. True to his dachshund breed, Red is quite the little hunter! We also found out that he is a climber. So no chain link fences - it must be stockade or he should be walked for his potty breaks! If you are looking for a fun and cuddly new family member, Red may be your guy!

Red is neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg for heartworm. His adoption fee is $350 - please apply online!
