Oh they don't get much sweeter then this!  Poppyseed is a 1 year old mix of Miniature Pinscher and Dachshund, about 11 pounds.  Poppyseed was found running with in Texas with some of her friends - we couldn't leave anyone behind when they need us.  Off to NY and new lives! 

Poppyseed is a very affectionate, playful, loving dog!  She loves to sit on your lap and can jump right up with no issue (or invite needed!).  She puts her head on your chest and it just feels like love!  Poppyseed is crate trained and does well on her housetraining but please expect accidents as she adjusts and learns a new routine.  She LOVES other playful dogs to run in the yard with and cuddle with afterwards.  A fenced yard would be nice.  We have not tried the leash too much due to the very cold weather but she seems receptive to it.  She is happy to play and to cuddle on the couch - she is a wonderful active dog with lots of energy and love!  Poppyseed would love a family to call her own!
