Sweet Baby Louis is now ready to find his forever family!   Louis is a 4 month old Cavalier King Charles, and just 8 pounds. He came to us from a puppy mill.  They could not sell him because of his eyes. Louis is completely blind - genetic issues.  We were happy to take this little one in and find him the perfect home!

Louie does not know he is blind!  He has always been so he thinks he is completely normal!  He is super playful, lots of energy and lots of kisses!  Louie is doing great on his housetraining but please know there will be accidents.  He will have to learn a new routine and it will take time.  Louie LOVES to be outside, a fenced yard is a must for this boy as he will need boundaries.  Louie is great with other dogs, loves cats, and loves all people.  He is working on leash skills but that will need more work.  Louie does not do stairs, they make him uncomfortable and we do not force it.  He is still small so he can be carried out but he should have home that does not have stairs or someone able to carry him.   Louie is going to need extra time, love and patience.  He is going to need special training too.  Applications with blind dog experience will be considered first.  

Louie is now neutered, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated.  He had an eye enucleated and a hernia removed too!  His adoption fee is $500 - please apply on our website if you think you are a fit for Lou!
