Introducing Lovely Lara! Lara is a 1 year old MinPin Chi mix. This sweet little girl found herself needing rescue when she wasn't doing well in a local shelter.  Very typical for little dogs in big noisy shelters!  Once we knew she needed us, our volunteers couldn't wait to help this girl!  We saw her beauty and personality and knew we could find her a great home!  

Miss Lara is full of energy when she has the opportunity to run!  She really lets loose!  She is happiest near her people!  It may take her a minute to warm up to new people but when she does, she is quite the charmer!  She loves to play and snuggle as well. Her person is Lara's world. Lara is great with woman, children, and dogs. She seems a little less trusting of men at this point, so it just needs to be taken a bit slower so she can see no harm will be done.  Who knows what happened to her before the shelter - we just know she needs the right kind of love and attention to overcome it!  Considering how young Lara is, she's very smart and eager to learn. She already knows to sit, come, and that when you say "up", she will be picked up. Lara is housebroken and crate trained., so most of the hard work is done for you! Right now she is working on walking on a leash. She would do best in a home with a fenced in yard, since she loves to run. When Lara gets a case of the "zoomie" she will make you laugh and dizzy as she flies around you.

Lara is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and has tested neg. for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $350 - please apply on our website if you want to give this pretty girl a warm, loving home!
