This handsome guy is Teddy Velcro!  He is a maltese/poodle mix - about 11 months old and 11 pounds.  Teddy Velcro was the last of a litter and up until the day before we got him, was trying to be sold.  He was in pretty rough shape when he arrived - he had never been groomed and was just a mess! 

Despite his physical condition when he arrived, Velcro is a total sweetheart!  He is so affectionate and loving - he loves to be pet and he returns affection with lots of kisses!  He is a very good with other dogs and has no issues with cats.  Like his name suggests, he loves his people and sticks right with them!  He loves kids!  Teddy Velcro is still very much a puppy and has so much to learn!  He is working on his potty training and will need a good routine in his new home.  He loves being praised and knows that he did something good!  Teddy Velcro loves to be outside and a fenced yard would be nice for him.  He is a quick learner and would be great in a training class to help him get up to speed on everything he missed!  He has learned sit and can now walk on a leash thanks to his foster mom - so just think of what he can learn with you!

Teddy Velcro is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated, heartworm tested neg.  Teddy Velcro has also been groomed!  He will need regular grooming throughout his life so please consider this if you are interested in adopting!  His adoption donation is $350 to help with the cost of his vetting and other dogs in our rescue!  He is very highly adoptable so please fill out an application on our website!
