Willy is a  2 year old (approx) mini dachshund.  He came to us from North Carolina where he was at a VERY high kill gassing shelter.  Well we are big doxie lovers here and we made he sure he got on that transport to Buffalo!!

Willy is sweet - very very loving and affectionate!  A total lap dog that wants to be held, carried and loved by his person!  He likes other dogs - especially small ones like him.  He is fine with kids, but they need to be respectful of small size.  Willy is working on his housetraining - this southern boy is getting used to this cold weather!  He does use pee pads though which is good!  Willy will need a fenced yard, he is not great on a leash, he will need work with that.  But he is smart and it will come with training!  Willy is a nice little dog that just wants a warm lap to cuddle up on!

Willy is now neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested neg, worm/flea treated and has been given a dental.  His adoption fee is $225.  Please apply online if you are interested in giving this cutie a warm home!
